I am a happy mother of two wonderful girls who have made my life amazing in every way. Everything I do is always for my family. I enjoy spending every moment I have with my girls, my husband and our new puppy. I love going to the beach, taking my children to the park, being outdoors, meeting new people and trying new restaurants. I also enjoy cooking and hosting get togethers for my family which includes my parents, my in-laws, cousins and my many nieces and nephews. In my life, family always comes first!
I enjoy planning and hosting events, from birthday parties to weddings to family gatherings. I'm the person that my family will go to when we need an event planned. I enjoy researching ideas based on a theme, putting the details together and watching an event unfold into a once in a lifetime event that everyone enjoys. There are fine details that people appreciate when attending an event.
I started planning and coordinating events about 10+ years ago. It wasn't until recently when I decided that this is something I enjoy and I am always looking forward to my next event. I have planned and coordinated various events such as 1st Birthdays, 21st Birthdays, Kanreki Birthday party, graduation parties, family get togethers, holiday dinners and even my own wedding! I've done the research, interviewed many vendors, hired vendors that best fit my budget and my style, made my own invitations, decorations, centerpieces and favors for each event. It is hard work that is very time consuming, but it is something that I enjoy doing and the end result, the actual event and watching everyone enjoy the event is the best part. Compliments are always the best and makes me appreciate all the hard work and effort I put into each and every event.

*Why hire an event coordinator?
- Whether you are having a party, a wedding or a family and friends get together, we will take some of that stress off of you. We will work within your budget and give you ideas and tips to help make your dream event into a reality.
*What do you and your team do?
- We assist you in planning your event, share with you ideas and tips and give you vendor recommendations. We have different package options to choose from depending on how involved you would like us to be and what needs to be done. Our services may include discussion of event theme and decorations, budget planning, event timeline, attendance at vendor appointments*, research and suggestions of vendors, development of floor plans, rehearsal supervision and day of coordination.
*What type of events do you plan?
- I enjoy planning events of all sorts! Birthday parties, graduation parties, retirement parties, weddings, etc. My children are still young, so in order to be fair to everyone, I will only take on what I can handle for business while still being able to make many memories with my children. Please do not hesitate to contact me for availability. I am not booked for a day unless a deposit has been received.
*Am I still involved in the process?
- Yes! The amount of involvement will depend on you. Communication is a top priority and I will keep you posted on your event along the way. All final decisions will be made by you, this is YOUR celebration!
*How much do you charge?
- There's no standard rate, as each event is unique. Your coordination fee is a flat fee customized just for you based on location, type of event, estimated number of guests, amount of work required and how much time we have to plan. After your initial consultation, where I will get the information regarding your event, I will send you your coordination fee and contract, which will detail your package options. Look it over and if everything is great, than a deposit is required to book my services for the date you are requesting. Until a deposit is made, your event date could be booked by another client.
*What is your cancellation policy?
- If you decide to cancel your event, which we hope will not happen, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your event date, your full coordination fee is non-refundable. Should you wish to postpone your event, because life happens, you may do so up to one (1) year from your original event date and your deposit will be applied. If you reschedule after one (1) year or if you cancel, your deposit is non-refundable and a new consultation, deposit and contract must be signed. If an act of God, such as fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity shall cause you to cancel I will require payment only for the actual time spent planning your wedding. Please remember that each vendor you hire has their own contracts and cancellation policies which need to be followed.
